DYNAMIC PARKING

Manage all parking spots in the garage through advanced and user-centric software. For property and asset managers, it brings maximal utilization. For users & visitors, drivers do not have to wander unnecessarily, waste their time and look for a free spot.

TENANT ENGAGEMENT APP

White-labeled mobile app configured for each building. It offers all tenants to make a shared assets reservation, receive discounts vouchers from nearby businesses, or for example, request any maintenance in the building. All that just with one tap!

VISITOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

All guests coming to Masaryčka and Nová Waltrovka will receive an email invitation with a QR code-based guestpass. It will speed up the check-in process at lobby reception and open turnstiles.

DIGITAL SIGNAGE

Digital lobby and parking signage powered by drag-and-drop web editor to share all relevant information to the whole building community like emergency alerts, restaurant menus, public transport, anti-covid measurements, etc.
