What happens if I lose my phone?

Reporting your device as ‘lost’ will immediately remove the credential from both your device and from the access control management system. If you find the device, you are able to report the device as found and the credential will be automatically issued back to you.

What happens if my phone dies?

If using an Apple device, your credential will still work for up to 8 hours even if your battery is dead.
